When we found the Carriage House, it was in terrible disrepair, being held up with temporary girders.

The design challenges here were to replace much of the structure while rebuilding the visible elements of the House.    MT Studio worked in conjunction with Brandy Morrison of Morrison Design LLC on this project.

Paideia

Paideia, a private school in Atlanta, has acquired several historic homes on South Ponce de Leon Avenue and converted them for school use.  This Carriage House is on the property of the Adair House, originally designed by noted Atlanta architect J. Neel Reid.

When we found the Carriage House, it was in terrible disrepair, being held up with temporary girders.
